6 Week Body Makeover - Meal Plan

by James Kim

The 6 Week Body Makeover Fast Track Menu Card (FTMC) is a great meal plan guide for those who become confused on what to eat when dieting. The FTMC is divided up into gender and by the Blue Print Body Type. This article will describe examples of meal types for each body type. As a male body type “A” here are the following foods that you will eat on the body makeover diet. There are three types of menu categories: easy, gourmet and rapid weight loss. All of the food items listed in this article is under the “easy” category.

For breakfast you will eat 4 egg whites & 1 cup of oatmeal. Mid-morning snack will consist of 4 oz. of tuna & cup of grapefruit. Lunch consists of 4 oz. of chicken breast, 1 cup of potato & 1 cup of steamed veggies. Mid-afternoon snack is 3 oz. chicken breast & cup cantaloupe. You will eat 4 oz. grilled fish, 1 cup of baked yam & 1-2 cups of steamed veggies. You have the option of eating 2 oz. of chicken breast & cup mixed berries as a late night snack; however this is an optional meal.

As you read the meal plans, you might think that you are over eating; however, that’s the magic of this program. You are encouraged to eat MORE throughout the day. When you eat more you confuse your metabolism into thinking that it does not need to convert food into fat cells for later use. All of the foods are healthy so you won’t have to worry about weight gain.

Here is an example of a male body type “B” meal plan using the “rapid results” category. Breakfast consists of 4 egg whites & 1 cup of greens. Mid-morning snack consists of 4 oz. turkey breast & 1-2 cups of veggies. You will eat 4 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup of rice & 1 cup of mixed veggies for lunch.

In conclusion, you don’t have to be bored on a diet. The 6 Week Body Makeover is about eating healthy and changing you’re eating habits. Diets don’t work and smart eating is the key to losing weight loss.
